Many of us now ancient fans of Christmas blow mold decorations have heartwarming feeling of these symbols of the golden age. When I look at old photo albums of long ago Christmases past, and see the Santa’s and large plastic glowing candles that my Grandfather would pull out of the attic right after Thanksgiving I get a warm glow in my heart. When Grandfather had completed his magical transformation of the front lawn, the place looked like a glowing winter wonder land, complete with Santa and his reindeer, snowmen, huge glowing holly candles, toy soldiers, and of course a lighted glowing manger with Mary, Joseph, Jesus and the wise man all shining brightly in the center.
